Junior Project Manager
Be the driver of our projects. At AT&S, we combine technical excellence with real people: You will support initiatives at our high-tech sites in Leoben and act as the link between vision and execution. As a Junior Project Manager, you will take responsibility in plant projects. You will be an active member of projects from our management portfolio, contribute your technical expertise, and support project leaders and subject matter experts in developing innovative, future-oriented solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Responsibility & Support - Assist in planning and implementing plant projects, ensuring we achieve ambitious goals together
- Technology & Process Development - Coordinate with Operations, perform statistical control of products and processes, and provide improvement suggestions based on trials
- Knowledge Sharing & Communication - Promote best-practice exchange, support our quality, environmental, health, and safety culture, and help shape sustainable standards
- Technical education (HTL or Bachelor – ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical or Material Science Engineering)
- Fluent in German & English, proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, reporting skills
- Experience in Project Management (Green Belt level or similar)
- Proactive attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and team spirit
