We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our client in the energy sector. You will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical applications that automate booking, pricing, risk analysis, and execution processes for front-office operations.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in .NET (C#); occasional Next.js or Angular for frontend tasks.
• Build and enhance pre-trade pricers and option exercise applications.
• Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain APIs to retrieve, process, and distribute data across internal systems.
• Provide first-line technical support, onboard users, and ensure seamless tool usage.
• Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and DevOps tasks.
• Develop automated tests, manage deployments, and ensure production stability.
• Produce technical documentation, including specifications and architecture diagrams.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, ideally in financial markets or Front Office environments.
• Strong .NET backend development skills; experience with API design, integration, and data processing.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Python, options lifecycle, and energy/power markets is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
