DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Medior IT Security Engineer to strengthen the infrastructure and security team.

In this role, security, compliance and patch management are embedded from design to deployment, following a DevSecOps approach. You work hands-on in a heterogeneous infrastructure where availability, standardisation and risk control are key.

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with infrastructure, operations and application teams
• Support system stability and availability after patching activities
• Provide clear reporting on patch status, risks and remediation actions

Technical environment

• Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux
• Virtualisation & platforms: VMware, Citrix
• Infrastructure: On-prem datacenter
• Tools (indicative): Microsoft SCCM, automation and scripting tools

Your profile

• Experience as a system or security engineer in infrastructure environments
• You have expert-level knowledge of Cyber Security and apply security principles consistently across infrastructure environments.
• You work at expert level with Microsoft SCCM, using it for patch management, deployment and system compliance.
• You have advanced experience with VMware, managing and securing virtualised environments.
• You administer and secure Windows Server environments at an advanced level, including hardening and patching.
• You have intermediate experience with Citrix, supporting virtualised user and system environments.
• You work comfortably with Linux at an intermediate level, including system administration and security-related tasks.
• Strong focus on security, patch management and system hardening
• Comfortable working in environments with technical debt and legacy systems
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple teams
• Structured, reliable and security-minded

• Up to 2 days per week remote work possible after onboarding
