B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Data Analyst - Product Owner in our Automotive team.

We are looking for a Junior to Medior Product Owner to join a partially new data-driven initiative focused on data analytics and AI use cases.

The role sits at the intersection of business and data, supporting key domains such as marketing, customer experience, and sales. This position is more oriented toward governance, coordination, and value management than hands-on development, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in a structured, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for data and analytics initiatives
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog using Jira
• Support the delivery of data analytics and AI-driven solutions
• Use Power BI to monitor performance, insights, and business value
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure strong governance, alignment, and prioritization across initiatives
• Contribute to shaping a new project while ensuring consistency with existing processes
• Focus on coordination, decision-making, and value tracking rather than pure development

Profile & skills

• Junior to Medior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a data-related role
• Solid knowledge of Power BI and Jira
• Interest or exposure to data analytics and AI
• Understanding of marketing, customer experience, or sales environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in governance-heavy environments
• Ability to work on evolving projects with changing priorities
