We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the global Talent Development team in the People and Culture function for a one-year fixed-term position (parental leave). Global Talent Development helps our employees with career paths, onboarding, mentoring, training, and other career development-related processes, services, and systems. This position will be in Helsinki. We hope you can work on-site in the office at least 3 days a week.
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employees' skills and knowledge by managing and coordinating both internal and external training offerings globally within a Talent Development team. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, and negotiating external training purchases, as well as coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. You will ensure that our training offerings are up-to-date, well-organized, cost-effective, and impactful.

Your Daily Tasks Include
- Helping to set the strategic direction for our training offering
- Keeping training offerings current and relevant, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization
- Scheduling and coordinating internal and external training sessions for employees worldwide
- Planning and negotiating the procurement of external training programs to meet organizational needs
- Coordinating and developing comprehensive onboarding activities for new employees to ensure a smooth transition
- Monitoring and managing training-related costs to ensure budget adherence
- Assessing and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making necessary improvements
- Coordinating and developing the content and usage of online learning platform and other online learning resources
- Keeping our L&D instructions and guidelines up to date (e.g. in Intranet) and document Talent Development team's internal processes
- Relevant education in learning or personal development (e.g. HR, Education, Pedagogical, or similar)
- Great coordination, planning, teamwork, and cooperation skills
- A solid understanding and experience of classroom and online learning solutions and systems
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Good understanding of different ways of learning
- Previous experience in project management from a global organization
- Previous experience in a multicultural environment
- Professional-level communication skills in English
- The ability to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
