SixteenFifty is a specialist digital and technology talent consultancy representing a global organisation undergoing a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation.

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator (PMO) to support a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation program, spanning multiple workstreams including Source to Pay, Lead to Cash, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. This role will play a critical part in ensuring effective governance, coordination, and delivery across a highly integrated programme environment.


This is a long-term B2B contract opportunity, primarily remote, with occasional travel to the South of France.


The Program Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing end-to-end PMO support across a large, complex SAP S/4HANA programme
  • Supporting programme governance, planning, reporting, and overall execution
  • Tracking progress across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions
  • Coordinating inputs from programme managers, functional leads, and external partners
  • Preparing high-quality reporting and materials for senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Supporting financial tracking, including invoicing requests and approvals
  • Maintaining programme documentation, plans, and RAID logs
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with operational and coordination activities
  • Using Monday.com to support programme tracking, reporting, and visibility


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong PMO / Program Coordination experience within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (essential), ideally across areas such as Source to Pay, Lead to Cash, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-stream programme environments
  • Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
  • Confidence liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using project and programme management tools, with Monday.com experience highly desirable
