• 🧱 Build scalable systems – Develop and expand our backend architecture with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.


• 🧩 Design APIs & data models – Create well-structured, documented APIs and robust data models for our frontend and integration teams.


• ⚙️ Automate & integrate – Build smart integrations with external HR, finance, and compliance systems, and automate key workflows.


• 🧠 Think in architecture, not just tickets – Estbalish best practices and make technical decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, and product speed.


• 🚀 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work hands-on with design, product, and engineering teams, as well as with the founders, to shape our roadmap, tools, and engineering culture.

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack / backend development, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments

• Excellent skills in TypeScript/Node.js and PostgreSQL


• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud)


• Strong passion for clean code, testing, security, and performance


• Structured and proactive working style with high ownership


• Curious about product decisions – you care about user outcomes, not just code


• Fluent in English
