Business Analyst – Payments (Contract)

We’re hiring a Business Analyst for a leading payments technology company in Dublin. You’ll work on high-impact payment systems, supporting delivery across core transaction platforms. Competitive contract rates available.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document business requirements with cross-functional teams
• Write clear user stories & acceptance criteria (JIRA)
• Create process flows and data mappings (source → target)
• Break down complex payment problems into deliverable solutions
• Support delivery through to post-production

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years’ Business Analysis experience (Agile / SAFe preferred)
• Payments experience (authorisation, clearing, transaction workflows)
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Financial services / fintech background
• SQL experience
• Experience working closely with software development teams
