KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - B2B BEAUTY PLATFORM


Selfnamed is an end-to-end beauty platform helping brands, agencies, and entrepreneurs launch and scale products. We handle everything: formulation, regulatory compliance, production, fulfillment, plus streamlined tech for faster launches. We're looking for a Key Account Executive to own and expand partnerships across North America and Europe.


THE OPPORTUNITY


We have strong inbound demand but we're barely scratching the surface on outbound. The right person can build a strong book of business by owning relationships across multiple customer segments.


You'll work with:

• Emerging beauty brands that need end-to-end product development and manufacturing

• Agencies and entrepreneurs launching products through our white-label platform

• Tech-forward partners integrating our platform for faster product launches


WHAT YOU'LL DO


• Own your book: build and manage new partnerships across brands, agencies, and platform integrations.


• Hunt pipeline: qualified prospects from inbound, outbound, trade shows (Beauty Independent, Natural Products Expo), tech partnerships, networking


• Navigate complexity: MOQs, lead times, regulatory requirements, API integrations, formulation constraints - different customers need different solutions.


• Drive expansion: best clients grow from single SKU tests to full product lines, you'll spot and capture these opportunities


• Sell the full platform: position everything from white-label speed to full custom formulation depending on what they actually need


WHAT YOU BRING


• B2B sales track record closing complex deals - we care more about results and hunger than years of experience


• Context in beauty, B2B manufacturing, or SaaS/platform sales - you understand either operational constraints or platform selling, ideally both


• Hunter mentality: you've built your own book before or you're hungry to prove you can


• Technical credibility: can discuss formulations, regulations, supply chain, and platform capabilities without bullshitting


• Versatility: comfortable selling to brand founders, agency partners, tech integration prospects - you adapt your pitch


• International comfort: work across time zones, currencies, cultures (European production, global clients)


• Languages: fluent English required, German/French/Italian valuable
