Main Responsibilities (Conversational AI–Focused)
Design, develop, and maintain Conversational AI applications, including chatbots, voicebots, and GenAI-driven virtual agents.
Build and optimize conversation flows, intents, prompts, and AI orchestration logic across leading platforms (e.g., Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Teneo, Watson).
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including vector stores, embeddings, and knowledge integrations.
Develop clean, well-tested, maintainable code for backend services, integrations, and custom AI logic.
Integrate AI solutions into large enterprise ecosystems, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with client architecture and engineering teams to define solution patterns, architecture, and best practices.
Work in an Agile development team, participating in sprints, planning, code reviews, and continuous delivery
Requirements:
Technical Expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and JSON; experience with Python is a plus.
2+ years of experience with Conversational AI orchestration platforms, e.g., Cognigy.AI, Teneo, IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow CX, MS Bot Framework, etc.
Understanding of RAG architectures, including vector databases and embedding models.
Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, conversation design, and AI-driven optimization.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and digital customer experience patterns.
Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend development.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (mandatory), including Azure Functions and Azure Foundry
Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Experience with Docker, packaging, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Understanding of data engineering principles, data pipelines, and working with large datasets (cleaning, transformation, manipulation).
Soft Skills
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and client teams.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
