We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

Get ready to
- Lead development of fast, scalable digital applications, with responsibility for websites that support and configure conversion funnels, using TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS (experience with Styled-components / Chakra UI / SASS is a plus)
- Own architectural decisions and set direction for frontend development across apps and web experiences
- Collaborate with backend, product, marketing, and UX teams to deliver seamless user journeys across apps and websites
- Delegate tasks, mentor engineers, and support team growth
- Continuously seek ways to improve codebase quality, performance, and team productivity
- Champion a culture of knowledge-sharing, best practices, and high performance
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management
- Confidence building UI with Tailwind CSS and maintaining scalable design systems
- Ability to design and evolve frontend architecture for both applications and marketing websites
- Lead by example and delegate effectively
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align goals, timelines, and funnel optimization efforts
- Take full ownership of your work — from planning to deployment
