About the job
We’re building Operelo — an all-in-one e-commerce operations platform focused on real profit, not just sales.
E-commerce is more than a storefront and product listings. Behind every order are supplier purchases, inventory, landed cost, fulfillment, multi-channel sync and countless edge cases. Operelo brings all of this into one clear, modern system, replacing fragmented tools, spreadsheets and manual work.
We’re looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer (Angular) who wants to help shape the product from an early stage, take ownership of frontend architecture, and build interfaces that people rely on every day to run real businesses.
This is not a “just implement tickets” role — frontend is a core part of the product, tightly connected to UX, data clarity and decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
- Building and evolving a complex, data-driven frontend using Angular
- Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver clean, fast, and user-friendly interfaces
- Implement responsive layouts and continuously optimize performance
- Contribute to our internal component library and front-end best practices
- Ensure code quality through testing, refactoring, documentation, and thoughtful code reviews
Core Requirements
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- 4+ years of experience with Angular in real projects
- Experience working with Git and modern development workflows
- Attention to detail, responsibility, independence, and a passion for quality
- Ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and deliver clean, maintainable code
What We Offer
- Opportunity to build an innovative product from an early stage
- Real influence on architecture, technology decisions, and long-term direction
- A friendly, motivated, quality-driven team
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model
- Cozy and modern office in Vilnius (Žvėrynas)
Salary
- from 4500 EUR gross / month, depending on experience and impact
