Mid-Back-End Developer (Node.js)

Their platform makes booking travel ridiculously easy, helping users find the best deals without the hassle. They’ve made amazing progress, but there’s so much more to build — and that’s where you come in.

Responsibilities

• Write and improve code within a small, tight-knit team (5–7 people).
• Work on exciting products and continuously make them better.
• Contribute to fast, incremental releases — no endless bottlenecks here.
• Implement best coding practices and keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the core team to roll out new features at lightning speed.
• Learn fast and tackle coding challenges head-on.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in back-end development using Node.js.
• Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end apps.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code (best practices matter!).
• Solid experience with databases like MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Redis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points If You…

• Worked with MongoDB complex queries, Atlas Search, Aggregation Pipelines.
• Have experience with TypeScript and/or NestJS.
• Are familiar with Redis and task queues (e.g., BullMQ)
• Can give solid advice on tech and architecture decisions.
• Are obsessed with travel tech and love the industry.
