About the Role
We’re looking for a Tech Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery of product and platform improvements that support our growth across Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia.
You’ll work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to define what to build, why it matters, and how success is measured — then guide delivery from discovery to launch.
You'll report to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Take ownership of refining and evolving our product strategy based on user feedback, data insights, and market trends;
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable IT specifications that development teams can execute effectively;
- Manage a roadmap and backlog for technical product areas (platform, integrations, internal tools, data/analytics enablement, automation);
- Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned through clear, proactive communication about progress, changes, and priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience as a Product Owner / Technical Product Manager in a tech or product-led environment;
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics/monitoring tools and KPI definition;
- Great communication skills and ability to operate across multiple countries/teams;
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and their practical application;
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on removing impediments.
