Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Software Development team, collaborating closely with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript developers

• Design, build and maintain automated tests across REST APIs, microservices and Web UI components

• Expand and improve test frameworks to support functional, performance, security, unit and integration testing

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable test execution

• Track and improve product quality through test coverage, defect analysis and root cause investigations

• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

• Proactively identify gaps in testing and propose scalable technical solutions

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field

• 4+ years of experience in SDET / Software Testing, focusing on REST APIs and Web UI

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python and JavaScript/TypeScript

• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, OOP principles and design patterns

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, PyTest

• CI/CD experience (ideally GitLab)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Cloud platforms (preferably Azure)

• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Languages:

• Fluent English
