Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst (SWIFT Implementation - Funds Dealing) :

• Manage SWIFT Standard Release cycles and ensure alignment with evolving messaging standards across securities, cash, collateral lending, and settlement activities.
• Perform business analysis for MT and MX messages, assess impacts for ISO 20022 and legacy ISO 15022 formats, and maintain functional coverage of key families including MT54x, MT103, MT202, and MX series.
• Coordinate updates within portal packs, validation rules, and documentation.
• Act as subject matter expert for SWIFT messaging across product, IT architecture, and operational teams, and provide guidance on connectivity aspects including SWIFT / API integrations.
• Analyse client needs and define expectations for the new analytics service covering positions, risk, and performance tracking for money market funds, and benchmark the service against competitors.
• Demonstrate confirmed expertise in fund dealing including subscription, redemption, switch order flows, cut off management, confirmations, reconciliation, and transfer agency interactions.
• Draft functional specifications and contribute to solution design, challenging business requests to ensure strategic alignment.
• Coordinate and lead working sessions, manage stakeholders, and ensure structured follow up throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Drive change requests, monitor development progress, verify alignment with requirements, and ensure delivery quality.
• Prepare and execute functional test plans using SWIFT and other tools, ensuring compliance before deployment.
• Support Go live and Test phases through monitoring, troubleshooting, post release follow up, and user assistance to ensure adoption.
• Ensure project governance, maintain documentation, and follow up until completion.
• Provide advanced business analysis for fund order routing, distribution models, and end to end fund execution processes.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst (SWIFT Implementation - Funds Dealing) ?

• 6–10 years of experience in SWIFT messaging, banking and funds structures, or securities operations.
• Strong expertise in SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX formats with confirmed understanding of message structures and validation logic.
• Knowledge of the securities and cash lifecycle including settlement, clearing, custody, and collateral management.
• Confirmed operational experience within the funds industry including distribution, execution, fund data, and fund unit order processing.
• Deep functional knowledge of MT54x, MT103, MT202, MT502, MT509, MT515, MT525, MT536, and their ISO 20022 equivalents including SETR.004, SETR.010, sese, setr, and colr.
• Experience with SWIFT testing frameworks and release processes.
• Understanding of T2S, ICSD processes, and global market practices.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with the ability to convert complex changes into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Proven project management methodology and coordination capability with experience handling multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in French and English.
