Red Teamer/Ethical Hacker – ZZP 12 Months Rolling - Hybrid Working (Randstad)

CBSbutler are working with a Cyber Security consultancy, who are looking for a Red Team Operator/Ethical Hacker to join on a 12 month rolling ZZP engagement, starting ASAP ideally but they can wait for notice periods.

Despite their small size, they provide blue teaming services for the EU in Brussels, as well as ODC Noord, ASML and a number of other top Benelux enterprises. We can't disclose much about this project as it's highly confidential, but they can tell you all the info should you be selected to interview.

This will be an on site working role, working in the Randstad region. They can pay well depending on experience. If you're not interested but know someone who would be, we do pay referral fees for successful referrals!

What you'll do:

• Perform advanced red team engagements and adversary emulation exercises
• Simulate real world VAPT tactics & TTPs across network, cloud, application and physical vectors
• Conduct covert infrastructure testing, persistence testing, lateral movement and data exfiltration simulations
• Collaborate with blue team to improve detection capabilities and response processes
• Develop custom tools/scripts where needed and contribute to improvements
• Provide clear, actionable remediation recommendations to clients post engagements

Skills & experience:

• Proven experience in red teaming or offensive security
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and real world adversary TTPs
• Proficiency with tools such as Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Mimikatz, Metasploit, Empire, Covenant, Burp Suite, Nmap etc.
• Scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go or similar) for tool development
• Relevant certifications highly advantageous (CEH, OSCP, SANS, OSEP, CRTO, GXPN etc)
