About the Role:

This role is crucial for supporting the organization's cloud orchestration solutions and ensuring seamless deployment and infrastructure management

A typical day might include the following:

Secrets Management:

• Install, configure, and administer Secrets Management tools like Hashi Corp Vault.
• Manage authentication methods, secret engines, policies, and security.

Artifactory Management:

• Maintain and optimize Artifactory repositories using tools like JFrog Artifactory.
• Implement access control policies, ensure data security and compliance, and troubleshoot issues.

Linux Administration:

• Perform system administration tasks, manage services, troubleshoot issues, and configure networking on operating systems such as Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat.

Cloud Platforms:

• Manage cloud services, infrastructure provisioning, networking, security, and monitoring in environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

DevOps Tools and Practices:

• Utilize Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines, automation, and orchestration.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating operations and maintenance tasks.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Expertise in Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and CloudFormation.
• Build and support infrastructure using IaC tools, particularly in Azure and AWS.

CI/CD Pipelines:

• Design, develop, and implement CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Manage API-based cloud orchestration solutions, including pipelines, infrastructure, secrets, certificates, and access control.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement best practices for security and data protection.
• Manage tokens and certificates, and ensure security integration in pipelines.

Scripting and Automation:

• Proficiency in Bash or Python for scripting and automation.
• Use YAML and JSON for configuration management.

Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance issues of production systems and applications.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Hashi Corp Vault, JFrog Artifactory, and Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes, Lens, Rancher, and CLI commands like Kubectl.
• Expertise in Terraform, Bicep, ARM, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
