What Awaits You

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee deployments across development, testing, and production environments
  • Serve as the main point of contact for release activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned
  • Track, prioritize, and monitor bug/issue resolution through deployment
  • Maintain release calendars, deployment checklists, and change documentation
  • Facilitate release readiness meetings and post-release reviews
  • Monitor application performance post-deployment and escalate critical issues
  • Coordinate with QA to ensure test cases and validations are completed before release
  • Communicate timelines, risks, and blockers to the team and Product Owner
  • Ensure compliance with release policies, governance, and audit requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline release and operational processes
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for application-related projects and enhancements

What Should You Bring Along

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience in release coordination, application support, or project operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple releases/issues simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Familiarity with project management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Trello)
  • Ability to document processes, release notes, and operational procedures clearly.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic QA/testing principles
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and deployment workflows
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • German communication skills will be a plus
