🎨 Why this role is exciting (and who we are)
We’re a performance-driven team building and scaling a portfolio of DTC ecommerce brands across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women’s health and we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who loves performance creative and can ship high-quality work at speed.
Over the past 8 years, we grew The Conqueror Challenges into a global community of 1M+ people, launching 200+ virtual challenges and collaborating with iconic franchises like The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars and others. Now we’re scaling The Conqueror further while also growing brands like Enroush, Karu, She Moves, and other emerging global brands. This role is for someone who wants to design creatives that don’t just look great - they convert.
🎯 What you’ll do
You’ll create performance-first design assets for paid social and digital campaigns across multiple brands from standard launch campaigns to occasional themed / licensed work. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Design direct response static ads for paid social (Meta / TikTok / Display)
- Create multiple variations and iterations of concepts (layout, messaging hierarchy, copy angle support)
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, creative strategists, and paid media to ensure the creative and message work together
- Concept quickly: brainstorm, sketch, prototype, present ideas, iterate fast
- Ensure designs are consistent with marketing objectives, brand identity, and launch deadlines
- For licensed / themed launches (mainly The Conqueror): design IP-aligned visual elements (logos/icons/motifs), follow guidelines, and keep the output high-quality and on-brand
- Prepare final files for digital production and maintain clean handoffs
- Build and maintain structured design assets (organized files, reusable systems, archiving)
- Stay up to date with modern ecommerce design and performance creative trends
âś… What success looks like (expected output)
This is a high-velocity role, especially around launches. Output varies based on launches and campaigns, but speed + consistency is core. Typical output expectations:
- 50 ad concepts per week
- multiple iterations per concept based on feedback and performance insights
🏆 What we’re looking for (key criteria)
We’re looking for someone who can match our current creative standards and bring fresh ideas and strong execution to the table.
You’re performance-minded (not just “a designer”)
- You’ve designed direct response static ads for paid social (Meta / TikTok / Display)
- You understand conversion-first design: clarity, hierarchy, messaging alignment
You’re technically solid
- Strong in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- You can create polished final assets that are ready for production and scaling
- You have a strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
You can ship fast & are mature in process, collaboration, and flexibility
We move fast, adapt constantly, and we don’t always have everything planned months ahead. We need someone who can thrive in that environment without things turning chaotic.
- You can produce volume without sacrificing quality
- You can work inside templates/modular systems when needed
- You’re comfortable with fast feedback loops, revisions, and rapid turnaround
- Strong communicator and reliable collaborator (especially under launch pressure)
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and quick pivots
- Clean file structures and organized handoffs
You can execute themed / licensed content at a high level (huge plus)
Some of our work involves licensed IP storytelling where quality and attention to detail matter a lot. If you’ve done this kind of work before it’s a major advantage.
