About The Role
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Supervisor (B2B & B2C) to take ownership of e-commerce channels and B2B digital platforms across META markets, ensuring strong execution, continuous optimization, and alignment with the overall digital strategy.
This role focuses on digital commerce performance, platform development, cross-functional coordination, and digital innovation. The position works closely with internal teams, agencies, technology partners, and startups, supporting the company’s ongoing digital evolution across multiple markets.
What You Will Deliver
E-COMMERCE
- Own and handle B2C e-commerce marketplaces across Turkey and selected regional markets
- Implement and continuously optimize pricing and assortment logic in line with commercial strategy
- Drive PDP optimization, content quality standards, and SEO visibility across platforms
- Run campaign execution and on-platform activations together with marketing, sales and agencies
- Supervise and analyse performance benchmarks (traffic, conversion, sales, assortment performance)
- Identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into concrete action plans
- Coordinate platform improvements and roadmap execution with agencies and internal teams
- Own day-to-day management of B2B digital commerce platforms (app, portals)
- Support UX/UI improvements based on user feedback and business priorities
- Participate in feature definition and prioritization together with business and tech teams
- Coordinate development, testing, and roll-outs with internal and external technology teams
- Ensure platform adoption and effective usage by distributors, workshops, and business partners
- Support digitalization of B2B journeys and online-to-offline processes
- Act as the main point of contact for digital agencies, developers, and technology partners
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Finance.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across multiple initiatives
- Support pilot launches, pre-launch validation, and post-launch optimization
- Identify growth opportunities and optimization initiatives across META markets
- Support startup scouting, evaluation, and collaboration as part of regional digital evolution initiatives
- Contribute to building scalable digital commerce and platform models across META markets.
- 4 years of Digital Commerce experience
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B and/or B2C digital commerce
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to regional or multi-market environments is an advantage
- Experience in digital platforms or marketplace management
- Turkish – Native or Proficient
- English – C1 Level
- Arabic is an advantage
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and platform ecosystems
- Experience with UX/UI basics, PDP optimization, and platform performance
- Strong Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations and business communication
- Data-driven, structured, and analytical attitude
- Strong coordination and interested party leadership skills
- Curiosity about digital innovation, startups, and new technology trends
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional, and regional environments
