We are looking for a talented Web3 Engineer to become a core member of our new projects. As a Web3 Engineer at Star, you will design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications and blockchain-based solutions. Our client is a global Fintech company operating at the intersection of card issuing & processing and Web3 payments. Their products enable crypto-funded cards used by thousands of end users worldwide to pay for goods and services both online and offline. The company works with well-known crypto exchanges and Web3 platforms, delivering production-ready payment solutions.

We are looking for a talented Web3 Engineer to become a core member of our new projects. As a Web3 Engineer at Star, you will design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications and blockchain-based solutions. Skills and experience you can bring to this role!
Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Strong experience writing smart contracts for the Ethereum blockchain (Solidity);
- Proven experience building Web3 products and successfully launching them into production;
- Solid understanding of Ethereum tooling and ecosystem;
- Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts (audits, testing, common vulnerabilities);
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Complementary experience with Node.js backends is a strong plus;
- Experience with modern Web frontends (React or similar) is a huge plus;
- Take ownership of Web3-related components, proactively improving existing solutions;
- Help bring current Web3 products to the next stage of maturity, improving reliability, maintainability, and security;
- Contribute directly to the user experience of thousands of users using crypto-funded cards for real-world payments;
- Provide recommendations on blockchain architecture and design decisions;
- Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end Web3 functionality;
- Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, taking responsibility from design to production.
