Job Summary
IT Administrator is responsible to maintain, secure and optimize organizations computer systems, networks and servers. The Role act as L2/L3 escalation point for Helpdesk for complex/recurring issues. Manage IT Projects, Create and maintain technical documentation and standardization of IT process and system. The IT Administrator also Support the ERP and POS applications and is available to support the Retail and F & B operation during off hours & weekends when it is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage & Administer On-prem & Cloud windows server infrastructure.
- Computer System monitoring, patching and Performance optimization.
- Ensure & verify the backups, restore and disaster recovery process.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose hardware and software problems in windows and mac OS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex/recurring issues escalated from helpdesk.
- Design and Implement Secure LAN, WAN, VPN & Remote access network.
- Monitor & Optimize network, performance and bandwidth usage.
- Implement IT Security controls to mitigate the risk and analysing the System & Networks.
- Manage IT Projects for Retail and F & B stores which include system, network and POS systems.
- Support & Administer the ERP & POS application.
- Support and coordinate with CCTV/AV/IT system vendors.
- Availability on Weekend & public Holidays to support the store when it is required.
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- 5-8 years' experience in IT System & Network Administration.
- F&B / Hospitality, IT Consulting, Retail background.
- Proficiency in Windows Servers, POS & ERP System.
