Aligned Edges is seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver critical client projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Define project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical feasibility.
• Monitor resource allocation and availability across multiple projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using appropriate tools.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques.
• Evaluate project performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Escalate issues and risks to senior management as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management or project administration.
• Strong technical background in ICT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
