We are looking for a mid-level iOS Engineer to join Lime’s Rider organization. In this role, you will own features end-to-end, contribute to the quality and evolution of our iOS codebase, and work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable, high-impact experiences used by millions of riders. You will be responsible for making sure our app is beautiful, easy-to-use, and can scale to millions of happy users.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

Compensation Range: CA$121K - CA$147K

What You'll Do
- Build, ship, and maintain user-facing iOS features used at global scale
- Own medium-sized features or components from design through production
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable Swift code
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers
- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
- Debug production issues and contribute to improving reliability and performance
- Improve existing code through refactoring, simplification, and tech-debt reduction
- Learn and apply best practices in iOS architecture, testing, and performance
- 2+ years of professional iOS development experience, and a track record of building impactful products or systems.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and UIKit
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services.
- Passionate. You’re passionate about Lime's mission and micro mobility; you want to see cities transform to become people-centric and less polluted.
- Performance tuning, memory optimization
- CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Experience working on consumer apps at scale
