Senior Full Stack Developer

12-month contract – plus extensions

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help our client advance a cutting-edge equipment reliability tool used by engineers in nuclear facilities to monitor and maintain critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build full-stack solutions to bring the tools' next-gen features to life, based on ready wireframes and clearly defined requirements.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact features that streamline preventive maintenance and enhance system visibility.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code using Node.js, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Build and optimize cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Support integration with third-party systems and tools commonly used by engineering teams.
• Play an active role in sprint planning, reviews, continuous improvement practices, coding practices, architectural decisions, and development processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture that values shared learning and technical excellence.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js, with solid front-end and back-end development skills.
• Experience deploying and managing solutions in Azure Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Microsoft tools like Power BI, used in engineering and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with maintenance or asset management platforms like Maximo.
• Knowledge of working with OpenAI or other AI-based integrations.
• Experience in highly regulated industries or environments with high system integrity requirements.
