Skills and Responsibilities:
•The Product Manager for Digital Transformation Accessibility leads the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital products and experiences, ensuring they are modern, user centric, and accessible to all users.
•They work with design, engineering, and business teams to modernize platforms, improve customer journeys, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAGADA).
•Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve user experience and modernize products.
•Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements.
•Ensure all digital products meet accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA, AODA).
•Partner with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, inclusive digital experiences.
•Conduct user research, collect feedback, and analyze product performance metrics.
•Drive continuous improvement, simplifying processes and automating manual workflows.
•Stay updated on industry trends, accessibility guidelines, and emerging technology.
•Communicate product updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
