Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute nuclear projects from initiation through closeout in accordance with Canadian nuclear industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) regulations, provincial safety requirements, and workplace standards (e.g., CSA, ISO, and OH&S guidelines).
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain alignment and project objectives.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and clearly communicate progress, issues, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Nuclear Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in nuclear energy, nuclear construction, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of CNSC requirements, QA/QC standards, and nuclear safety protocols. Experience with U.S. standards (NRC, DOE) is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in highly regulated environments and manage large, complex projects.
