The position offers opportunities to develop curricula, introduce new courses, and participate in consultancy and applied research projects. In this role, the appointee will also contribute to the school’s strategic initiatives and administrative functions that support teaching and learning.

Teaching Areas:

- Robotics and Automation
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- 2D/3D Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)
- C/C++ or Python Programming
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the running of the diploma course and general school operations
- Collaborate with industry to enhance students’ learning through activities such as industry field trips, student-industry projects, internship program and overseas programme
- Develop modules and conduct both industry-relevant full-time and part-time courses for internal stakeholders, students and industry personnel
- Inspire, facilitate and guide students through effective learning activities
- Serve as a personal tutor, providing pastoral care for students
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in mechatronics, manufacturing, automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, or robotics is required, with a minimum of 2 years preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant training or strong interest are also welcome to apply.
- Confident in industry collaboration and building partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring both young adults and adult learners.
