About The Role

We are looking for a business-oriented and strategic Product Manager to drive the development and adoption of impactful digital products. This role requires strong stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate business objectives into clear, executable product plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for infra related products
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and driving alignment across functions
• Translate complex business and user needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritised initiatives
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions
• Facilitate decision-making by conducting business analysis, trade-off discussions, and impact assessments
• Drive structured product discovery through stakeholder interviews, user research, and data insights to identify and validate opportunities
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals
• Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and insights
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at different seniority levels, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Champion user-centric thinking and advocate for product excellence across the organisation
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in product management or business-facing roles (including internships), preferably in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across functions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)
• Proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives from ambiguity to execution
