We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to bridge our development capacity with business objectives. You'll lead a team of developers working on cutting-edge software projects, ensuring successful delivery from requirements through deployment. What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for software development initiatives, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Partner with Business Analysts and Product Managers to translate requirements into clear, actionable development plans
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, establishing KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows to accelerate team productivity
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders through dashboards and status reports
• Ensure Service Level Agreements are met while continuously improving processes and delivery practices

What You Bring

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development or IT, with proven track record delivering full project lifecycles
• Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Good proficiency in English and Chinese both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and prioritize in fast-changing environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in blockchain, Web3, or fintech environments
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) and interest in AI-driven development practices
• Mandarin language proficiency for regional business communication
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile certifications
