We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Scrum Master, you will be a key member of the Agile team, serving as a coach, mentor and facilitator of Agile practices, facilitates the scrum processes, protects the team from interference and helps remove impediments so that the team can deliver sprint goals and PI objectives.
Here are some of the specific details:
Job Title: Scrum Master II
Job Duration: 12 months
Job Location: San Francisco, CA (4 days onsite)
Eligibility: USC / Green card ONLY
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years of IT work experience and 1 year of scrum execution in an IT or software development setting.
- Knowledge of multiple agile development methodologies and frameworks.
- Understanding of the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience using agile tools, including Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Scrum, Scaled Agile experience.
- Plans, leads, organizes, and coaches one or more cross-functional teams on how to implement and improve Agile practices.
- Leads the coordination and facilitation of sprint planning and task definition, sprint execution, impediment removal and tracking, sprint review and retrospectives.
- Acts as a primary communication hub between program and product management teams and the application development team to foresee risks, formulate plans, and organize activities to ensure sprints are completed on time.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $90/hr to $105/hr on W2.
