We are seeking a Head of Machine Learning to design and deploy the computer vision models that power the next-generation authentication platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between R&D and production engineering, taking full ownership of the ML scaffold—from dataset creation to deploying high-performance models on both mobile devices and cloud environments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design and implement AI models for image classification, object detection, OCR, and feature extraction.
• Real-Time Algorithms: Develop image quality assessment and capture guidance algorithms for seamless user experiences.
• Anti-Fraud & Security: Apply advanced detection methods to identify visual tampering, forgeries, and replay attacks.
• Deployment & Optimization: Implement model optimization and quantization techniques for on-device (mobile) and cloud-based inference.
• Data Engineering: Build and maintain pipelines for cleaning, augmenting, and labeling high-quality datasets.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Integrate models into production-grade APIs and mobile SDKs, collaborating closely with product teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience deploying ML models in production using Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Domain Knowledge: Proficiency in computer vision libraries (OpenCV), OCR technologies, and deep learning architectures for image/text recognition.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API development.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with model quantization for mobile, synthetic data generation, or a background in liveness/anomaly detection.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
