Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering/Business field.
- Trained and preferably certified as PMP.
- Strong Knowledge and experience of software procurement procedures, requirements/systems analysis, tendering procedures, vendor's negotiation, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Information Security requirements.

- Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.
- Manage the entire project life cycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
- Possess a deep understanding of procurement processes, enabling effective management of vendor and facilitating the acquisition of necessary resources.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations of bids received, allowing for informed decision-making during the selection process
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user requirements, and prepares feasibility/business case reports and technical requirements documents to make sure that IT projects are delivered according to business needs and approved budget.
- Identify user requirements, create scope of work, draft functional requirements, Design, implement, and deploy IT business solutions.
- identifying and managing risks associated with a project. This includes the ability to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Implementing diverse corporate solutions to meet specific business need.
