We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and help shape product experiences end-to-end.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of commercial experience in UI/UX design;

- B2/C1 level of English;

- Experience in mentoring and reviewing other designers’ work (feedback, growth plans, quality standards);

- Proven experience leading end-to-end design for complex products (web/mobile) from discovery to delivery;

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;

- Portfolio with at least 3 examples of UI/UX projects done by you;

- Strong UX research skills: defining hypotheses, running interviews/usability tests, synthesizing insights into actionable outcomes;

- Ability to estimate design effort, manage priorities, and drive consistency across multiple initiatives/projects;

- Ability to produce fresh and aesthetically pleasing UI design beyond current trends and typical solutions;

- Solid grasp of UX principles and best UX practices;

- Understanding of psychology and basic marketing principles;

- Ability to clearly articulate your ideas and solutions to the team;

- Ability to present your work to a customer and justify your solutions.


Responsibilities:

- Close communication with customers and clarification of requirements;

- Delivery of UI designs in Figma;

- Creation of custom icons;

- Designing various promotional assets such as banners, social media covers, etc;

- Own and evolve the Design System (components, guidelines, documentation) together with team;

- Close collaboration with the design team members, QA, PM, Developers);

- Drive process improvements in design team;

- Drive performance and maturity increase in design team;

- Advice and plan allocation of designers to projects;

- Take part in pre-sale process;

- Run discovery & alignment workshops (stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, prioritization);

- Plan and conduct UX research & usability testing, synthesize insights, and turn them into improvements;

- Support hiring and onboarding of designers (interviews, onboarding plan, mentoring);

- Manage design capacity & estimates (scoping, timelines, risk flags, dependencies).

- Wireframing and prototyping;

- Delivery of low- and mid-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
