Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Sales with deep experience in enterprise SaaS sales, AI/GenAI platform selling, multi-million–dollar deal execution, and strategic revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in platform sales, enterprise licensing, AI/GenAI solutions, and presales-led enterprise selling. The candidate must understand AI platform capabilities (like ZBrain.AI), enterprise AI adoption cycles, PoV-led sales motions, and be able to engage C-level executives across business, IT, security, and data functions. This role requires strong technical understanding, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead the entire revenue engine, including Sales, Presales, Alliances, and GTM strategy.
The candidate must be self-driven, business-focused, and experienced in high-value enterprise accounts, especially in AI-led transformation programs.
Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, AI use case discovery, solutioning, PoV/PoC scoping, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive multi-million–dollar SaaS, AI platform, and enterprise licensing deals.
- Build and execute a strategic account expansion plan for global enterprises (Fortune 500 & large corporates).
- Create, own, and manage a robust AI-led pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression.
- Drive value-based selling tied to measurable enterprise outcomes—productivity, automation, cost optimization.
- Represent the company in CXO-level meetings across CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO, CHRO, CDAO, and business leaders.
- Build strong, long-term enterprise relationships and drive customer success, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead enterprise adoption of GenAI platforms, including agent-based automation, workflow intelligence, and knowledge automation.
- Understand and explain AI platform architecture, including LLM orchestration, RAG, vector databases, connectors, and governance layers.
- Articulate ZBrain.AI’s differentiated value proposition vs. copilots, point solutions, and custom AI builds.
- Drive AI use case discovery frameworks customized by industry—Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.
- Collaborate with the AI engineering, product, and architecture teams to align customer requirements.
- Guide customers on AI governance, security, data privacy, compliance, and enterprise adoption readiness.
- Build and lead the Presales / Solution Engineering function for ZBrain.AI.
- Oversee AI solution demos, PoVs/PoCs, technical evaluations, and integration discussions.
- Define PoV success metrics, ensure fast time-to-value, and convert PoVs into production deals.
- Lead technical discovery, map business workflows, and define enterprise-wide AI roadmaps.
- Ensure tight alignment between Sales, Presales, Product, AI Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success.
- Develop and execute an AI-native GTM strategy, including verticalized enterprise AI solutions.
- Lead hyperscaler partnerships and marketplace selling (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Build and manage alliances with global SIs, consulting firms, and technology partners.
- Drive product feedback loops to influence the ZBrain.AI roadmap and platform evolution.
- Build playbooks for AI sales, presales, pricing, PoV frameworks, and value-based enterprise messaging
- Mentor, guide, and scale a high-performing Sales, Presales, and Alliance team.
- Set revenue targets, manage performance metrics, and drive predictable revenue motions.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
Essential Skills:
Job
- Proven Enterprise Sales Leadership with multi-million–dollar deal experience.
- Strong experience in SaaS, Enterprise Sales, AI/GenAI Platform Sales, and Enterprise Licensing.
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI buying cycles, PoV-led sales motions, procurement, and compliance.
- Experience selling platform solutions on ecosystems like Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Atlassian, etc.
- Strong capability to engage CXO-level stakeholders across IT, business, and security.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into customer outcomes and measurable ROI.
- Experience in technical sales with an understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data integration, LLMs, and platform architecture.
- Expertise in pipeline creation, forecasting, territory planning, and revenue predictability.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and customer-facing capability.
- Strong leadership with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- 18+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise AI sales.
- This role offers the flexibility of working remotely in India.
