The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and ensure smooth delivery by removing impediments and enabling continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile / Scrum best practices and values.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog.
- Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts).
- Promote continuous improvement and high team performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure Agile processes are followed consistently across the team.
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Background in software development or QA is a plus.
- Strong coaching and mentoring mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
