About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the charter around Cart, Loyalty Program and Promotions at Nykaa Beauty. This critical role focuses on the lower funnel for the beauty business, ensuring purchase enablement and leveraging incentives to drive key business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, design, and data.
You will own the experience surfaces encompassing the Cart and all related promotional and loyalty constructs. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing, site, analytics, design, engineering, business teams, and leadership to shape and execute our roadmap focused on conversion and
Key Responsibilities
1. Cart Page & Purchase Enablement
- Build a high performing cartpage experience for all users that enables the seamless purchase of products from the cart.
- Own the north star of Cart view to order
2. Promotional Levers
- Own the discovery and selection of the right promotional and incentive levers for the right users at the right time
- Strategize on, build and deploy promotions across the funnel with inputs from business stakeholders using constructs like discounting, coupons, offers, free gifts etc
- Drive the north stars of conversion, ABS, AOV
3. Loyalty Program
- Drive product strategy, roadmap and execution for the Loyalty Program (Prive)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to conceptualise features and optimise UX to improve the enrollment, earning and burning experience for users
- Drive improvement in FOP and conversion of members
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet or e-commerce companies to solve end user problems and growth business objectives
- Data-first mindset with a strong grip on metrics, cohort analysis, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, business, marketing, and analytics.
- Demonstrable execution focus of collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver key product features as per product roadmap
Good to Have
- Prior experience in beauty/fashion/lifestyle ecommerce or marketplaces.
- Exposure to funnel conversion / product led growth / loyalty programs / promotional constructs
- Strong product craft - documentation, research, user journeys, verbal and written communication
