🔍 Role Overview:-
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Sr. Product Manager (SPM) / Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a portfolio of pharmaceutical brands and drive sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned pharma marketer with strong brand leadership, launch excellence, and people-management capability.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:-
- Own end-to-end responsibility for assigned pharma brands and therapy portfolios
- Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plans (AMPs) aligned with business goals
- Drive product lifecycle management including new launches, extensions, and brand revitalization
- Lead new product launch planning and execution in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
- Analyze IQVIA / AWACS / internal sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Translate market insights, prescription trends, and competition analysis into actionable strategies
- Conceptualize impactful promotional inputs—visual aids, LBLs, digital initiatives, and patient education tools
- Ensure all marketing communication complies with ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Enable the sales force through brand training, selling stories, and cycle inputs
- Mentor and guide Product Managers / APMs, ensuring execution excellence and capability building.
đź§ Candidate Profile:-
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Pharmaceutical (mandatory)
- 8–12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product / Brand Management
- Minimum 2–3 years managing multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of prescription behavior, therapy dynamics, and lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Exposure to Chronic / Acute / Specialty therapies preferred
