Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens
- Translate product and business requirements into clear, engaging UX journeys
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all product touchpoints
- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (experience with B2B SaaS products preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability standards
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows, data, or processes into clean and intuitive interfaces
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile or startup environments
- Exposure to data-heavy products, dashboards, or enterprise software
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints and technologies (HTML/CSS awareness)
