Specialist HR Business Partner with 5 to 7 years of experience partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive effective HR initiatives


Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies employee lifecycle management and organizational culture.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive work environment Provide guidance on compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop effective solutions and programs.
  • Support organizational transformation and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to address workforce needs in a matrixed environment.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports dashboards and presentations to support decision making.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to translate business objectives into HR strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives from Centers of Excellence and customize interventions for specific business units.
  • Manage employee relations including grievance resolution and conflict management.
  • Coach managers and leaders on talent management leadership practices and organizational change.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies labor laws and data protection standards Facilitate onboarding performance management and exit processes.
  • Drive rewards recognition and retention programs to enhance employee morale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and locations
  • Driving Talent Management process end to end including pay planning career development and succession plan.
