• Act as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum team.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Monitor and report team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
• Advocate Agile best practices and coach stakeholders on Scrum principles.
• Ensure compliance with organizational goals and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar.
• Background in software development or engineering.
• Exposure to cloud technologies or DevOps practices.
