Role Purpose
To own and drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of products that deliver a frictionless, reliable experience for parents, suppliers, P&Cs and schools every day building trust, retention and satisfaction delighting customers and delivering on Flexischools’ business goals.
What you’ll do
- Champion customers: Engage directly with parents, suppliers, P&Cs and schools to deeply understand their needs, behaviours, and pain points across multiple customer segments. Use these insights to champion customer-centric design and prioritisation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring experiences are seamless, reliable and trust-building.
- Discover & validate: Apply best-practice product discovery techniques including market research, user interviews, and analytics to validate and size problems and opportunities across different customer segments.
- Align & inspire: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer support to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Inspire squads by helping set vision in collaboration with leaders and drive execution of product priorities.
- Deliver & iterate: Lead the Delight & Deliver squad through end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely release of features that improve reliability, trust and satisfaction. Prioritise initiatives based on strategic impact, customer value and operational excellence.
- Decide with data: Contribute to the development and tracking of key product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) across retention, satisfaction, trust and reliability. Use data and feedback to inform continuous product improvement.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years proven experience running cross-functional squads, with a focus on execution and delivery.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments where navigating complexity and ambiguity is required.
- Strong background in end-to-end product development, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Experience leading and inspiring squads, contributing to vision setting and strategy in collaboration with others.
- Comfortable managing products across different customer segments with varying needs and priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and squad leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences through data, experimentation and iteration.
