We are looking for a motivated and highly organized IT Project Manager to lead 1–2 active projects within a dynamic enterprise environment for our Big 4 client.
Most initiatives will fall on the Applications side, with occasional involvement in Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to independently drive project execution while partnering closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster alignment across technical groups, business units, and leadership.
- Drive project milestones and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level updates, presentations, and status reports.
- Facilitate meetings with internal departments, manage follow-ups, and maintain strong team accountability.
- Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong collaboration with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of direct experience as a Project Manager leading technology initiatives.
- History of managing or supporting projects valued at $1M+.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including executive presence.
- Experience working with a U.S.-based company is a must.
- Stable work history with no pattern of job hopping.
- Ability to thrive in a structured but fast-paced environment, managing priorities across multiple teams.

- Long-term contract role
- Nearshore candidates only

- Fully remote, with expected alignment to U.S. business hours when required
