Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management activities in Data & Cloud domain. Fluent knowledge of English & Spanish is a must with ability to interact with multiple client teams & lead demo & Knowledge sessions. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Data Warehouse/ETL Modernization Projects: Lead end-to-end migration and modernization initiatives to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Program Management: Handle all aspects of technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report program status to executives and engage in deep technical discussions with internal engineering teams and external partners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers, offshore teams, sales/pre-sales, and account management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Solution Delivery: Define and deliver technical solutions aligned with organizational vision and strategic goals.
• Customer Management: Demonstrate strong customer handling skills and adaptability to different client environments.
• Project Planning: Define project scope, delivery plans, and timelines for each assignment.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively based on project requirements.
• Migration Expertise: Experience in handling large-scale migration projects (Good to Have).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse/ETL platforms.
• Proficiency in Data Ingestion, Processing, and Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) – Must Have.
• Language Skills: Expertise in Spanish – Must Have.
• Project Experience: Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects involving large data volumes (TB/PB scale) and high complexity.
• Migration Projects: Experience in migration projects is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management roles.

• Mastery in English & Spanish language in both written & oral communication

• Open to Travel to client locations as per Business needs in LATAM area

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.

• Excellent communication, leadership, Client handling and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.

• Experience in handling migration projects – Good to Have

• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
