How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Analyst, Data Science will join our team to generate transformative business insights through advanced data analysis and modeling. These insights will serve to optimize key business practices and inspire the development of new methodologies that enable various departments to achieve—and surpass—their objectives.
The Analyst, Data Science Will Be Responsible For
- Respond to business questions, obtain insights, and recommend solutions to various problems based on advanced data analysis.
- Generate segmentations that allow for understanding and classifying consumers according to their behavior and consumption habits.
- Use algorithms and mathematical models in data exploration to transform data into valuable information that can be used for decision-making within the company.
- Optimize algorithms and mathematical models, including their implementation and deployment in production.
- Design and implement tests and measurements to improve business practices.
- Develop dashboards and data applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
- 1-2 years of experience of data science, business analytics, or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL (Snowflake is a plus).
- Hands-on machine learning algorithms and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply them in practical settings.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling through data.
- Ability to interpret quantitative information in plain language without technical jargon.
- Communication and team working skills.
