Title: Functional Analyst Expert

Location: Meulebeke, Belgium

Duration: Freelance contract till December 2026 (extension possible)

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)

Tasks:

• Drawing up functional analyses for the assigned payroll projects/assignments, in consultation with the business analysts;
• Estimating the workload needed to realize functionality in collaboration with other stakeholders/teams
• Contributing to the optimization of existing software;
• Describing test scenarios, preparing test data and organizing test execution in collaboration with the team.
• Testing the developed software against the analyses made;
• Providing support to developers and/or application service desk employees;
• Drawing up documentation regarding the assigned projects;
• Achieving customer satisfaction;
• Contributing to the smooth running of the entire software department;

Must Have:

• You have strong analytical skills with the necessary experience in the field of analysis;
• You are strong in communication;
• You have knowledge of social legislation;
• You are flexible, have a sense of initiative and are open to new challenges;
• You are proactive and solution-oriented
