About the Role

As Senior Product Manager responsible for an absolutely key product range, you will be collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

From ideation to commercialization, you'll oversee the development of innovative solutions that meet market demands, adhere to regulatory standards, and fuel business growth.

20% international travel across Europe, visiting customers and attending conferences and tradeshows together with regional sales leaders in countries like France, Spain, Italy, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead lifecycle management for key ingredients, from launch to rationalization.
• Support market expansion with thorough research, identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
• Optimize pricing strategies to balance revenue growth and profitability.
• Build product understanding through compelling marketing materials and technical documentation.
• Ensure cost-effective supply chain integration and delivery excellence.

You'll need

• A strong track record in food ingredients, fragrances or flavours product management or marketing
• Proven success in managing complex product lifecycles and navigating global regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and collaboration skills.
