BONANA is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Remote or Hybrid)

BONANA is hiring a senior Project Manager who owns delivery, not just planning.

You will run complex RevOps and CRM transformation projects from intake to go-live. That means aligning stakeholders, structuring work, enforcing decisions, and making sure things actually ship.

This is not a coordination role. This is not “can you update the board.”

You are accountable for clarity, momentum, and outcomes.

What You Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of RevOps, CRM, and GTM transformation projects.

• Translate strategy into concrete project plans with clear scope, milestones, and ownership.

• Drive execution across consultants, specialists, developers, and client teams.

• Guard scope, deadlines, and priorities. Say no when needed.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, progress, and risks.

• Facilitate workshops, decision meetings, and steering moments with senior stakeholders.

• Anticipate blockers before they become excuses.

• Ensure handovers, documentation, and adoption are done properly.

• Use tools like Asana (or similar) to run projects cleanly and transparently.

• Raise the delivery bar and help improve BONANA’s project standards.

• Keep things boring, predictable, and under control. That’s a compliment.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in digital, SaaS, RevOps, CRM, or systems implementation environments.

• Proven experience running complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Strong understanding of how CRM, data, and GTM systems actually work (you don’t need to configure everything yourself, but you must understand the implications).

• Ability to push back on clients without burning trust.

• Structured thinking, clear communication, and decision discipline.

• Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping structure where none exists.

• Experience with tools like Asana, Notion, HubSpot, or similar is a strong plus.

• English required. Dutch is a strong plus. French is a bonus.
