Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our growing data team on a long‑term freelance basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to enterprise‑level data work.

You’ll work closely with our Data Lead to support ongoing analytics initiatives, with a primary focus on data cleaning, preparation, and visualisation. The environment is collaborative, fast‑moving, and ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning, transforming, and validating datasets for analysis
• Supporting the Data Lead in building dashboards and reports
• Working with Qlik (experience preferred) or any modern BI/visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Assisting with data quality checks and documentation
• Collaborating with senior team members and adopting best practices
• Contributing to continuous improvement of data processes

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in data analysis, data cleaning, or BI tools
• Familiarity with Qlik is a bonus, but experience with any visualisation tool is acceptable
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• An open mind and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently while taking guidance from senior colleagues
• Comfortable working onsite 2 days per week
